As soon as I had my first telephone conversation with you I felt it was the right place for him to come. I’m not sure whether we told you that he had taken a test for another tutor who had refused him on the basis that his English was ‘weak’ but this has obviously improved over the last year. Your building/classroom has a very welcoming atmosphere, the classes were fun, homework relatively painless, and the biscuit break was a great idea.
